摘要：It is well-known that a complex circulant matrix can be diagonalized by a discrete Fourier matrix with imaginary uniti. The main aim of this paper is to study block diagonalization of quaternion circulantmatrices, and its applications.
主讲人简介：
吴国宝(Michael K.Ng)教授，数学家，美国工业与应用数学学会院士(SIAM Fellow)，现任香港大学数学系讲座教授。主要研究方向为应用与计算数学、人工智能与机器学习、 数据与影像科学与数值线性代数与科学计算。吴国宝教授先后担任多个著名杂志主编或者副主编，包括SIAM Journal on Imaging Sciences, SIAM Journal on Scientific Computing, Journal of Scientific Computing, Journal of Computational and Applied Mathematics等。吴国宝教授发表学术著作700多篇，文章引用次数多达2万多次。
