报告摘要： Though Generalized distance Weighted discrimination is an interesting approach in high dimension, it was designed for balanced data sets. In the case of unbalanced data sets we use a Weighted version of generalized Distance Weighted Discrimination. This article concerns the study of Weighted Generalized Distance Weighted Discrimination. Quantitative convergence analysis is provided.
报告人简介：
向道红，浙江师范大学数学系，教授，博导，德国洪堡学者，浙江省高校中青年学科带头人。主要从事统计机器学习理论、稳健统计等方面的研究。在《Journal of Machine Learning Research》、《Journal of Approximation Theory》、《Advances in Computational Mathematics》、《Journal of Multivariate Analysis》、《Science China Mathematics》等国内外学术刊物上发表论文多篇。主持完成国家自然科学基金3项。
